In September 2020, I decided to do an entire month of Kyra Pro workouts. Yes, I am fully aware that it is February; I lacked the motivation and mental stability to get this blog post up last year.
Anyway…
Kyra Pro is a fitness YouTuber who specializes in dance cardio workouts but does other fitness and “What I Eat in a Day” type videos. For a summarized look at my experience doing Kyra Pro’s workouts, check out the video below (ignore the iron deficiency):
For all of the workouts I did and when I completed them (keep in mind September is when I started my senior year of college, eight classes including the one I taught, and started working my retail job again):

As you can probably tell, there came a point where I got over doing this fitness challenge because I wasn’t feeling any real burn. Without feeling any soreness or burn from a workout, I am not as motivated to continue working out.

All in all, months later, I have established that I have to do other workouts with Kyra Pro’s videos if I want an effective burn and feel like I’m not wasting my time. The two best workouts to feel anything are the Mamma Mia workout and the “Dynamite” workout.
Still, you should definitely check out Kyra Pro. Maybe your body will have a different reaction.
