SONGS OF THE SUMMER *2018

Unfortunately, summer is coming to an end (except it doesn’t technically end until the middle of September). Pretty soon, all the kids below eighteen in my family will be heading back to school, and in a little less than a month, I’ll be back at college (hopefully; fingers crossed).

Before that time comes upon us, I wanted to share all of the songs I have loved and listened to repeatedly this summer. I definitely believe my music taste has changed compared to what it was last year. Quite a few of the songs mentioned were introduced to me by my friend Maria; I listened to the music she played when we were in the car together, and there were songs that I honestly felt like I should’ve known about and wish I had known sooner. In this list there are also new songs that were released released this summer by a few of my favorite artists, like Alessia Cara and Imagine Dragons. There are also a couple of older songs tossed into the list that I found myself singing along to this summer.
