This post has been in the works for an incredibly long time, and it’s honestly the reason for my posting inconsistency (minus school and working part-time).
For some reason, I’ve been feeling more insecure the further I get into my fitness journey, and I genuinely don’t know why. It’s something that’s fed into my lackluster work and dwindling motivation to accomplish anything.
With that being said, I am biting the bullet and sharing my fitness challenge from August 2020, which was completing thirty days of Just Dance. I think part of the reason I struggled to complete this challenge is because I had to relive August, and August was the worst month of 2020 for me.
Anyway, here is a brief summary of me completing thirty days of Just Dance:
I know the before and after this go around wasn’t absolutely amazing. The further I got into August, the more I wanted it to end, and I think this video reflects that.
Regardless, I want to reiterate that my body is not one where any instant transformation can be seen. I produced a lot of sweat completing this challenge, but I think you have to do more than Just Dance, especially a few songs, for thirty days to see results.
Speaking of doing more than a few songs, here is a table that breaks down all the songs I danced to. Some of them were pre-made Just Dance playlists, and because of all the chaos my life was experiencing, I didn’t have a chance to record the songs.
